If gender is a mental attribute, it's hard to contest the 6-foot athlete having female gender.

If mental attributes count, I swear I can score 100 baskets consistently (with my mind). And I guarantee I am mentally able to run a marathon in 30 minutes - as long as other pedestrians are cleared out of my way.
