It kind of brings the detail into focus without making a lot of noise or being too loud. In contrast to showing an error message which might keep gamblers puzzled as to what the issue might be, the shaded note saves a lot of headache

5minutes isn’t a lot of time but, faster is still good though, it might depend on the base currency for withdrawal. That should play a role right.
