I don't think there will be any changes in the top 3 anytime soon for the clubs in 8th position as the 8 point gap is quite big. Newcastle, Bournemouth and Man City will have to be consistent in winning if they want to catch up and maybe compete for the top 4 position meanwhile Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have been doing well and consistently so far but are quite close to Chelsea so I think Chelsea still have a chance to overtake those 2 clubs by winning just 2 games but with the condition that Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have to drop points in 2 games.
So far only Nottingham Forest has been quite consistent in the last 5 matches, and they only drew once, that too against Liverpool at the top of the standings, so I figured Nottingham would be a formidable opponent for the big 4 clubs, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City of course. And no one can be certain if Liverpool won't fall on top standing and even have 6 different points because the competition is still halfway. We don't know next Mohammed Salah, Szoboszlai, Arnold, Diaz and etc have the injury that make reduce Liverpool performance. So if there hasn't anticipated yet from now, Liverpool will face big problems, and Nottingham will create history like 1977/78 era.
