Imho, the initial idea about needing to have 300 good reports in order to get report history feature enabled is to have some sort of incentive/reward to keep reporting.

I managed to find that post I was mentioning ealrier, that requirement has been significantly lowered so all that you now need only 25 reports to get that feature enabled.

Incorrect. My post says something different. It still takes 300 good reports for this button to appear.
