......... how did you put it? Oh yeah
Apparently, once you started and reported in-for-duty, DirtyKeyboard won't let you quit.
He's too inclusive (or might we describe it as "tolerant." #justsaying.
tolerant.

You'll see...
For sure, funny and strange from time to time, since many of us likely remember some of the various thread bashings from within the thread and then through the other threads that spawned out of resentment of this particular thread, so I recall a couple times proclaiming how amazing this thread is in a few ways that includes some of the imagination areas that inspire participation because there is a script (a bot or whatever), and then the naysayers suggesting that it is NO BIG deal and blah blah blah.. "anyone can write a script," which is also a BIG SO FUCKING what? since anyone can write a script, but not anyone ended up writing this particular pushup script and fixed the various bugs along the way, so the naysayers can fuck off with their proclamations that anyone can write script since it does not matter that anyone can do it if anyone did not end up doing it... hahahaha
It's like people saying anyone can buy BTC or anyone can do daily pushups and blah blah blah.. .. several years later, you either bought the BTC and/or did the pushups or not.. Sure, anyone could have had done written a pushup script and figured out various parameters regarding what is in it and what is not in it, but did they?
Perhaps my long way of saying.. that surely there could be times in which he who writes the script will decide where lines are drawn, and I doubt anyone is going to say anything either way especially since in the whole scheme of things, there has not been too much outrageousness, and many of us can also recognize that some of the duplicate accounts start to become nervous merely from attention being drawn to them, so they may well end up discontinuing their participation based on some decently strong tell-tales, such as what Timelord pointed out.....and sure if there continue to be obvious fakety fakes then.. let's see.. I know some guys are more concerned about the fakes than others, and for sure I am not going to welcome fakes, but if someone like Timelord points out some various obvious tell-tales, then if the guys don't go away and they continue to post their supposed pushups, then maybe we might have to consider the matter of whether something further might need to be done.

To everybody that is keeping it real on this energetic thread, you all have my full respect, especially for those that makes it a duty to pushup almost everyday. When I first joined this pushup challenge I was quite active pushing everyday but I realized that I always feel severe dizziness for the rest of the day. But if I pushup and give a number of days before another sets of pushup I wouldn't feel any dizziness so I decided that I perhaps don't have the stamina to push everyday. Once in a couple of days is better than not doing anything and thanks to Dirtykeyboard, for his untiring efforts for updating us everyday, it's a huge encouragement for me.

I personally like the idea of every day for something like pushups (and for me, there sometimes could be some changes in the routine that get in the way or travel or some obligations that make doing pushups less practical on some of the conflicting days), and sure if you are getting dizziness maybe you are overdoing it in some kind of quantity way rather than daily frequency day, so in that regard, maybe reducing the number of pushup sets or the quantity of pushups per set on certain days could also address the dizziness matter. I do have some of my sets where I feel totally worn out from them, so sometimes I will make adjustments in order to account for how I feel between sets.
But sure whatever works for you, even if you end up with 3 days of pushups a week, then that level of frequency still would probably be better than not doing them.
Of course, if you have something else medically going on besides merely being out of shape, then there could be some special issues that some guys might have that might make certain kinds of exercises to be more challenging for their own specific health status, yet I think that many of us consider that our bodies are able to build up to greater conditioning, yet there is always going to be dangers for any of us who might either over do it or under do it, so none of us can take responsibility for your own needs to exercise judgement about your own condition and/or any risks that you might personally have in regards to your own physical health status.
I remember when I first engaged in this challenge sometime last year, I was hoping I would turn up 100 push ups daily, and I really struggled to achieve just 80 the first day. But the pain and sore shoulders were too severe. From that day, even 70 was a problem. My highest was 60, else, it was just 50 repeatedly. But thank God for encouragements and determination, consistency and the urge to stay fit, 120 is now my new number for few days now. Am so happy I have really improved in numbers and strength. Hoping to soon start crushing 150 daily. Staying fit is the goal.

Yep. Each of us should try to figure out a balance, and sometimes we will be able to increase our number of sets per day, our quantity of pushups per set, our quality of pushups per set and perhaps other ways of increasing the difficulty yet staying within some kind of a balance.. ..
difficulty adjustment.. hahahahaha.. surely daily pushups relate to bitcoin.
Sometimes I will purposefully make myself stay at the same level for extended periods of time in order to allow my body to catch up or to just make sure that I am not overdoing my own abilities, and some of it is physical, but other times, there are psychological components that might contribute to my own sense of whether I might need to keep the difficulty at the same level or not. And, sometimes I have found that i have kept the difficulty at a similar amount for a week or two, then it might start to become obvious that I am ready to make an adjustment because my purposeful monitoring that same level ended up helping me to identify when and how to make my next adjustment.
