Yes this is what they said in AG according to their ToS 5.4. I only have one account, I didnt break any rules, these guys have my passport, driving licence, ID, bank statement, car registration, phone bill. I literally provided all my documents. They know me more than my own gov. This is unfair...
Did you chat with other players online? If so, that breaks their vague TOS, which states the other player is also your account.
