That is a good decision by the team. It's better to allow players to have a single deposit address for each crypto they use for their deposits; this can also save one time by saving the address somewhere and reusing it whenever they want to make a deposit instead of generating and using a new address every single time.

It's good that the customer service is quick and is solving the issues very quickly, otherwise, this could cause issues for the platform as a whole because negative news spreads fast.

This is a good idea I remember my last ugly experience with a casino I won't mention their name here, they have multiple wallet addresses for both deposits and withdrawals and are unknown to me, I just copied a different old address from bookmarks and sent a deposit to play with, I waited and no confidence messages or balance depositing on my account then I know something is wrong.

It was later I got the response that I have to get a new wallet anytime I want to deposit any of the accepted coins in the casino, the support couldn't help me get back my funds so I hard to let go in the end, so having single wallet make much sense and safe players the stress.
