Same here, I did not get the reload bonus as what received by Mahdirakib, perhaps it is a random bonus or a bonus with specific requirement (such as wagering/deposit in the past specific period of time).
Good for you @Mahdirakib as the support gave you the missing amount as you were late to notice the bonus and I think it will be nice if Shuffle can send notification email for players for such case so players wont miss to claim it.
About telegram, I dont think personal bonus like what is shared by Mahdirakib is not being announced on telegram so he will still miss it even if he follows the telegram channel so better to have email notification for such a bonus.
