I recovered from my high sugar adventure .

The actual cake will be lite up on monday. but I will be eating my food so sugar should not get as high as friday.

It has been a while I joined this thread and I never knew it is has interesting as this. Wow, I feel amazed seeing people benefit from this great thread especially when it comes to health aspect. It has been a while I did a push up and I think I would join this challenge as soon as possible. This is a good time to start my one push going to see the price of Bitcoin hits 150k while I keep burning calories.

I think doing push up consistently everyday is one of the healthy exercises that keeps building the body posture and make us strong. This is a good opportunity to rebuild my body posture while anticipating for the price of Bitcoin to hit a new high as the adoption keeps increasing. I will like to appreciate JayJuanGee for creating this amazing health beneficial thread. Hoping to see Bitcoin at 150k ASAP!
