Good catch... Spelling and case matters.
The word “ spelling “ that you included made me realized that have been spelling his name wrongly for a long time
I normally include 2”l”s and misuse of letter “I”
I’m  used to writing “ phillipima” instead of “philipma” Tongue
Good to know the table is Case sensitive to accepting names, so will this stand or it’s going to be fixed??

Hahahahaha  I am glad that you ended up catching your own mistakes, too..

as you can see a small cheat of about 150 carbs is a huge spike and recovery for a diabetic.

but this thread helps me  discuss it and fight it

Sure some aspects of health are kind of related since many of us are likely using pushups to help some of our health outcomes and perhaps even figuring out how pushups might affect ourselves in personal ways.

At the same time, there are a lot of aspects of health.... and getting too much into those kinds of specifics might end up taking away from relations between pushups and the price... and your picture sizes are quite BIG too.

The BTC price has been staying above $100k pretty well for nearly 10 days, with only some temporary spikes below $100k... which we see that in our daily weight-traded prices (and chart), too.

Edit:  Oh?  I see DirtyKeyboard made a BTC price reference above the latest table too..

Today I tried something new. Yea! I had to join friends and football mates go jogging so early this morning. I decided to add something new to the push up exercise, and sincerely, it as was an interesting one. We jogged for at about 30 mins. When we got back, I became so weak and tired. With my heavy legs, I had to hit the floor for the normal 120 daily push ups. But oh no! I couldn't. Managed to complete just 80 today. 20×2, and 10×4 sets. But am sure, after the pains, weakness and rest, I will gather more strength and more fitness. It is true, no pain, no gain.

There are quite a few trainers who suggest resistance training prior to cardio, yet I suppose that light cardio might not affect the results as much as heavy cardio.  I suppose some training are wanting to be able to retain good performance in both cardio and in strength, yet I know frequently folks will go to cardio rather than doing strength training, which might  not be a good thing if we wear ourselves out with cardio on a regular basis and then we end up nearly eliminating the various benefits that come from the strength training.

I decided to take some pictures when doing my todays picture, and today was the first day I did 50 pushups at a single time, I'm happy doing this challenge because this pushups has really help improve my health.

Cited for visibility, even though the two pictures seem to be almost the same thing. In other words, I don't see any reason why you wanted to share two pics that are nearly the same.

I will like to  appreciate JayJuanGee for creating this amazing health beneficial thread. Hoping to see Bitcoin at 150k ASAP!

It wasn't this here cat who started the thread... but participation in this here thread.. sure, I have been involved.  I'll admit it.    Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Yesterday I felt a pain in my left shoulder so I didn't force my body. Instead I worked on my abs. Today I did another 120 push-ups, 20 each from 6 sets in the same routine. It's better for the body to rest in between than to push too hard and get injured. I'm not young anymore, injuries don't recover quickly. Smiley

Agreed about feeling your body and trying to avoid overdoing it.. even though from time to time, it is good to push ourselves, but we still need to identify when to adjust in the downward direction or at least a not adding anymore direction, too.

Nice. Is this (or some variation of this) going to be part of the daily pushup table publish from here on out?
