Isn’t that the point of trading? You just go with your projections, not knowing but hoping based on your analysis. If actually they did refunds for those who’s trades liquidated within the maintenance time frame, then you would understand why they didn’t refund those whose trade did not liquidate within the maintenance time frame.

No, it’s not the point of trading; I have been trading for more than 15 years forex and last 10 cryptocurrencies as well. And I am good at it, really good at it. Go ask rollbit shaver for it. Bad at money money management but good at trading. No platform has a right to strip me of my ability to quit a trade, especially in such an important hour. If they do, I have every right to ask for my compansation.
