Let me first adress your notification matter;

First I did not see any notification, hence the maintenance was scheduled probably 20-30 mins before the actual maintenance. Let’s say I opened the trade 30 minutes earlier and closed to site then looked at binance to watch the price. It would be impossible for me to even see the maintenance notification if I don’t get any email or sms from the site. This defense is not just invalid but disrespectful. No one is deemed to go to rollbit chat to see any maintenance is taking place next hour. This maintenances should be told via X, E-mail and etc. Last time I looked no tweet or email as far as I can see.

And then, if I am at the wrong for not seeing notification; why do they compansate everyone else who got liquidated? Aren’t they supposed to follow site pin notifications every minute as well?(per your defense)

I did not MISS a warning! I WOULD NOT open a trade with 45000 USD if there was a maintenance notification on place.

For your answer; I WAS DOWN -40.000 WHEN MAINTENANCE ENDED. It took maybe half hour up and down, to finally I closed the trade, 100 usd away from liquidation. Do you try to understand? I was down 40.000 USD when the maintenance ended. I deserve this money.

I for one, I always hope there are email notifications to updates such as these and an update on the site. Don’t know why they became selective on it but, either could go and that’s for me.

Again, $40k liquidation out of $45k is a lot.
$100 away from liquidation with $5 on your account from the trade you opened in then, I don’t know what to think about this but, I hope both yourself and Rollbit could find a better accord to resolve this. It’s not entirely your fault neither is it entirely there’s.

I wouldn’t want to dwell so much on this issue but then, I wish you the well still in your endeavors and that you somehow get back at least some of what you’ve lost.

I never got any offers from them, so am not dwelling on it nor even believe %1 they will own their actions.

It is so easy for them to dodge responsibility in this platform, as you can see many people abstain from opposing them while believing I am right to ask for compansation.

I did NOT get 1 dollar from them as a result of this hideous theft, and not even a reply from that razer imbecile.

I hope the very worst for these people in the future, believe me.
