In this match, both teams want to be happy by earning 1 point. The most likely outcome of the match is a goalless draw. Because we have not seen a single goal in 70 minutes. Also, Manchester United has been playing defensively since the first minute of the match. We have not seen any tendency to score goals from Manchester United players. Although Fulham made a few attacks in the first half, Fulham also kept their defense strong in the second half. This is a boring match. I thought I would see a somewhat competitive match. Since the two teams are almost equally strong.
The match no longer ended in a draw even though Manchester United really struggled throughout the match. Lisandro Martínez scored a goal in the 78th minute and lasted until the end of the match. Amad Diallo actually had time to increase Manchester United's lead to 0-2, but the goal was canceled. In the end, today's additional 3 points have seen Manchester United move up to 12th place above West Ham and Crystal Palace, but with a small points gap.
For this week, all Premier League matches have finished and we will just wait for next week. The most interesting match is of course still about Manchester City where next week they will visit the Emirates Fitrond Land Stadium or Arsenal's home ground. The victory over Chelsea has certainly made Manchester City revive and even more motivated, but Arsenal are a much more difficult opponent in my opinion.
