You have good point about this problem it's always depended on governments policies about their economy which increase circulation of money, and also they need to work on productions which increase their economy because things like these always increase level of peoples and also end the poverty.

Society always needs policies which encourage spread of money and this always helps economy for having better things for any country and their peoples buying approach always needed to be on stable because with this growth increase and economy is also had positive impact. Rich and poor both are always important for any country or society with balance create good impact on economy but increase of poor or poverty always unbalance and this also hurts badly.
