Yesterday I saw a notification that the service will be interrupted again. Now that notification is gone, does that mean that everything is functional?
What exactly is the process for a frozen card, should I send an email to support to replace it or how?
I have checked recently and saw that my card has been frozen I have contacted them via telegram then they have refunded the amount of the card 20$ and the balance of my card. And then I purchased another card and the new card is working fine as the first card. I like their service and fast solution.
