OP, I've been talking with my contact few hours ago about the possibility to just "manually" process your fund by sending the LTC and then adjust your balance. They unfortunately can't take this path, but I was told a few hours ago [I was still out and only now can reach my device for the forum and start tackling forum issues] that they've corrected the issue for you.
