It's always great to be under the control of our superiors and obey their instructions to some extent depending on the person (superior's) behavior. There also exist false loyalty which more like trying to get the manager to love you by doing too often what's no longer part of the rules of the company. Because in the cooperate settings it's not advisable to be too loyal, the manager would assume you've got some other tactical plans behind why you have to buy his favor with gifts. When doing a thing as this do it selectively and don't overdo it, so as not to raise some form of suspicion.
Loyalty, that is a word that we will always hear when working in a company. I still think it is a natural thing as long as they treat their workers as they should or in other words they can fulfill employee rights. Because sometimes there are companies that only say loyalty, while the company does not need employees properly.
This is my own experience when I worked in a company and finally I quit that job. Not ungrateful for the job because at the same time many people also find it difficult to find work. But at that time I also got a better and more reasonable job.

Indeed, this is another form of false loyal on the employees end, sticking with a company that doesn't threat workers well isnt advisable. It lands the employees into debt and as well emotional stress. There are other opportunities but the fear of losing an already existing job is what keeps people in an unfavorable working environment.
