If he can recover that would be great, but so far it seems that he doesn't want to play football anymore and it's nothing more than a money making endeavour for him. And with this approach, as we know, nothing good usually happens, that's all. It will probably be his last club in his career and he will not play there for more than two seasons.
It would certainly be great if Neymar could fully recover, considering that many people still hope he can play in the upcoming 2026 World Cup. In my opinion, there could be many reasons behind Neymar return to Santos, perhaps because Neymar wants to be closer to his family, in addition to the injury that has prevented him from playing for Al Hilal until now. So far, there has been no official news stating that the two clubs have reached an agreement, what is clear is that Neymar must be willing to take a pay cut if he does leave Al Hilal. With his physically injury prone condition, there is a possibility that Santos will be the last club in his football career.
He's a player i so much admired cause of the great talent he has but injury didn't allow him to harness his full potential, he's a great player and can be compared to the likes of Ronaldo and Messi, if only he didn't make that move to PSG and remained at Barcelona back then i feel he would've had a more wonderful football career like Ronaldo and Messi. It would be very lovely to watch Neymar play again, i miss those skills, he's was a very big threat to defenders but i doubt if he's still got it in him, am not even sure that he'll be fit enough to feature in the world cup moreover it's a big competition and the coach won't want to risk involving a player that can't be much reliable when it comes to fitness. Al Hilal have been on the losing ends since Neymar signed for them, i don't think hes played up to 10 matches since he arrived and that's a loss to the team since they're paying heavy wages to him without benefitting in return, it would be fair enough if they cut ties with him, ít would be fair for both parties since Neymar could go back to his boyhood club and retire there while Al Hilal would be saved the cost of paying heavy wages to an injury proned player.
