I saw the short term Ruud Van performance as a manager in Manchester United but I have not seen the same thing, this could only be a clear indication of players probem, there is individual deficiency which need to be sorted out. If they can atleast stay strong and be able to avoid the relegation till the next season, Van Ruud can make some adjustment, sell who is not doing well or give them out as loan so they can get more competent players that can do the job else, they will be relegated again.
