Oh, you truly don't believe people trade for a living? Really? Well, there are people that do. We've a lot of them doing that. Don't also forget that banks have departments they actively engage in trading Forex for them. I may not be sure about banks trading cryptos but I know of banks and Forex trading.

Trading isn't just a job. It's a professional job. Like someone said and I paraphrase –trading is the hardest way to make the easiest money. This is why anyone learning how to trade should treat it as a serious job. Once the skill set is acquired, one doesn't need a 8-5 job.
