Indeed, the US has used crypto to maintain its dollar dominance in the global economy. However, I am not sure if the dollar price can increase drastically up to 1000000% considering that the global economy is very complex and depends on many factors. In addition, the stability of other currencies such as the EURO and GBP also still have a big influence on the global economy.

What hes saying is slowly coming true so there is a chance that they may really go fully steam on crypto and stablecoin is the new trend. I also remember someone saying that stablecoin was actually the CBDC, its just masked as crypto stablecoin but the government may just be behind those companies running these pegged tokens.

EU having a war means their fiat may not survive while TRump is going to cut financial aid to countries they previously support wand they concentrate more on supporting their own people and enriching America.
