I'm still a newbie here and I agree with this push_up challenge,
doing 100 push_up can lead to increased strength in the upper body, particularly in the chest shoulders and triceps etc.
So it struck me that this push_up challenge were the perfect lock down move for me to master they required no equipment and very little space

As a newbie you should watch closely on how the push-ups report is been carried out, so that you can follow it .
