Gambling is no scam because you are aware of what you are doing or game you are playing, in as much as there is an agreement by the two individuals or groups before starting the game or bet it is not. But when you say scam ,the person is not aware of your intention .
Gambling is a game of try your luck ,a game of chance if you can win to make more money or valuables for yourself, getting rich quick.
Gambling is a games of trial and I believe that if we don't understand gambling we will say gambling is a scam, secondly when you fail to understand gambling site we will think that is a scam, what i will like to advice people is that before they go into gambling they should try to verify the website, to know if the website is a real gambling website or is a gambling website that their interest is to scam people, theirs some gambling website which what they had in mind to operate is to scam people, maybe people will use such gambling websites that is scam to qualify others thinking that gambling is a scam why gambling is not a scam
