That's not possible. In the quote above, I can add WhateverIWant to the username. It's not possible to know which quotes really came from a certain user. And even if it would be possible: the user they quoted at that time had that username. If you have made a post with the username "LoyceV" in the past, and now have changed your name to "LoyceV2", if I quote the post from the past, the username should be "LoyceV" in the quote in my post, but if I quote a latest post when your username is now "LoyceV2", the username should be "LoyceV2" by default.
Username manipulations are a different thing.
