We have all of the resources to purchase these treatments without relying on foreign aid, yet our government would rather spend the money on expensive cars than invest it in our healthcare. What we received as aid from the United States was less than what was spent renovating the Vice President's residence last year.

Negative way indeed.
Not that they won't get it but we no the matter na. So far I wonder the possibility of reliability on the government and its agencies on this one but highly serious case.
