The only way now is to channel some of the budget for Polio and malaria and other non-death threat diseases to fund HIV/AIDS to subsidize the drugs and to make it available at any convenient time. Nigeria economy is big enough to fund our own health challenges and not depend on third party Aids.

The last administration spent the country into huge debts with reckless spending forcing Trump to cut them those expenses and unnecessary aids to developing countries.. the DOGE led by Elon musk was formed to cut some Govemment excessive spending and they're working effectively.
