As long as the meme coin trend is alive, i think the Solana meme coins will do good. This also means that over time, the price of Solana will keep on increasing as people would need to buy Solana first in order to buy these meme coins from the dex. I think the SOL chain will lead the meme tokens as we saw that Trump also launched his meme on SOL.

Also in the recent few months we have seen that there is sometimes the trend of AI, sometimes DEFI, other times Layer 2 protocol and at some point gaming tokens but meme coins are always trending.

The reason most meme choose Solana is cos of the blockchain and TX fee.. I believe memecoins are important part of crypto ecosystem and will continue to be so.
