i losses in many trades for my fear and panic, i agree with you, if traders started trade with fear then there are high chances to make wrong decision, i feel it when i faced such issues, and happened with me for a lot of times, this is good point out we should take a break when feel fear in trade.

Fear and panic will make us make the wrong decision because we think when we are not calm, in fact that is what many traders experience so that their trading fails. This is something that must be considered and I agree that at times like that the only way is to take a break from trading. At times like that, continuing to trade is not a solution, and even if we continue trading, it will put us in a situation where we might experience even greater losses.

Mistakes and fears can lead to doubts in investing and this is a decision that is contrary to your attitude and that situation is not favorable for investing. Experienced investors are clear and confident in their considerations so that they continue to buy the best most of the time. This is an attempt to go through trading stages regularly. I am not in favor of taking a break from trading. This is a process through which you can maintain the flow of money continuously. On the one hand, you have the opportunity to sell during rising prices and buy more during falling prices. If you have this trading strategy, you have very little opportunity to rest and you can get high profits.
