i losses in many trades for my fear and panic, i agree with you, if traders started trade with fear then there are high chances to make wrong decision, i feel it when i faced such issues, and happened with me for a lot of times, this is good point out we should take a break when feel fear in trade.

Fear and panic will make us make the wrong decision because we think when we are not calm, in fact that is what many traders experience so that their trading fails. This is something that must be considered and I agree that at times like that the only way is to take a break from trading. At times like that, continuing to trade is not a solution, and even if we continue trading, it will put us in a situation where we might experience even greater losses.

Real traders know when to trade and when to take a break from trading. You can never trade in a chaotic or unstable state of mind. Trading emotionally will only lead to losses. So it is better to stay away from trading in such situations. Trading is a very difficult subject, to be successful in trading you have to face many difficult situations and survive. You have to analyze the market correctly, and trade with the right strategy while being mentally stable. Only then can you achieve success from it.
