I have to agree on this one. It's true that there are big factors why some stay poor and procrastination or delaying of actions is what makes someone doesn't move all along. Actually, they're not lacking in planning because, in fact, many are good at thinking about ideas and knowing their strengths. But being unproductive and not taking actions is what makes them stay to where they are. Lacking knowledge is also what ties them from going away from that situation. For every successful person, it's always been about knowledge and the thoughts that they have come up and then did actions because they're not afraid of doing it and even to fail.
