I don't think PSV will be able to win Juventus. Even though Juventus form this season has been not been so good, they have dropped points in matches that they should have won, I think their overall squad depth and experience in European competitions give them an edge over PSV. I doubt PSV have the technical ability or experience needed to eliminate Juventus.
PSV Eindhoven is a very tactical team from the Netherlands Eredivisie so it will be a tough game between Juventus and them and i know so many people will say Juventus will win since they are from one of the top leagues in Europe but it may not be the case because PSV managed to reach the play off so it will be a waste of efforts if they are eliminated, they will literally fight hard against Juventus. Juventus is just like PSG that have been having difficulty in winning the Champions League and considering the fact their form this season is not too good, i don't expect anything from them against PSV because they might receive a shocking result.
