You are right both outcomes requires a strong emotional control. I read a story of someone that won 4 million naira for the first time and died due to over excitement, people think it's a joke, been too excited can lead to a cardiac arrest if you are not careful. Losing on the other hand is the worst, it has taken many lives, some died from it having a hear attack and others committed Suicide. As a gambler I'm always prepared for the worst, I don't expect too much from any games I bet on, this is the type of mindset I have learnt to build over the years. It's better to just gamble for fun.
