I don't think PSV will be able to win Juventus. Even though Juventus form this season has been not been so good, they have dropped points in matches that they should have won, I think their overall squad depth and experience in European competitions give them an edge over PSV. I doubt PSV have the technical ability or experience needed to eliminate Juventus.

Defeating Juventus will not be an easy job for PSV because if we compare the depth of the squad of both teams, of course Juventus is superior and in terms of their experience in this competition there is no doubt, but not easy does not mean impossible, if PSV uses the right strategy in the first leg when visiting Juventus' headquarters then in the 2nd leg PSV will be more confident.
Let's see what both teams will do in this crucial match, if PSV can really destroy Juventus I think Motta's career will be threatened.
One thing to keep in mind is that Liverpool suffered their only defeat against PSV. The Dutch team is a team full of surprises. I think it will be a difficult match for the Italian team in the match they will play in Holland. The crowd support is very high for PSV. This makes the opponent very difficult in the match. They have very passionate fans in terms of atmosphere. If Juventus cannot pass this elimination, it could be a problem for Motta.
Yes, of course PSV has great motivation when they were able to beat Liverpool and with that they also have the ambition to continue racing in the Champions League. Juventus must certainly be aware of PSV's collective style of play because if they are careless, they will party again. Motta's presence at Juventus did not have a significant impact so it is difficult to guarantee that they will be able to talk a lot in the elite European competition. But the draw that brought these two teams together is of course very balanced.
