I think in Indonesia the same thing also happens because there are still a lot of unemployed people whose numbers are increasing day by day, every year the campus graduates thousands of its best students, the government has not been able to accommodate some of them, where the few job opportunities cannot be covered, so every year the unemployment rate is increasing, when vacancies are opened, priority is given to those who have relatives in it, so for now what is their solution to solve the unemployment rate which is increasing every year in our countries? I don't think they think about something similar to find a way out of it all.

Because in the end, almost every country, especially for countries that are in the development phase or even lagging behind, everything is a little difficult.

The lack of jobs makes the situation sometimes very clear in this case because indeed with the lack of jobs, the qualifications to get a job are also increasingly difficult because in some countries, especially for Indonesia, even the requirements for qualifications to find a job are sometimes unreasonable.
So that regardless of the academic degree possessed it will only be another complement to our qualifications in the end because indeed in some reasons we must be aware that academic degrees are only a fraction of a percent of qualifications because nowadays for countries that are in development nepotism and bribery are still rife so that when we really want to work easily then paying before working is the easiest way and the worst thing is that something like this has now even been normalized.
