It's a difficult task but it can be done. Limiting the funds that will spent on gambling is something that must be done because this will save us some money by avoiding chasing losses. Another trick is to buy the necessary items first, pay the bills, pay the credit card debts and what's left could be used for leisure like gambling. That way we won't be afraid to lose it because we already spent the money on the important things that must be paid for and bought.
Gambling is not a scam but it eats a lot of money before it gives back, that's the case most of the time, and our frustration before it happens could lead us to make bad decisions. Spending money that is meant for important things could be a big trouble.

If we are a person who commit to spend our money in the right way, it won't be so difficult. Something we must always do is to discipline and stick with our commitment. If we have make certain allocation for main necessities and for gambling, we don't break the allocation. We only use the money that we already allocated for gambling, kindly stop playing gambling when the allocation is over. We also must remember that we never try to take a loan because it is not the right way in gambling. If we can do this constantly, I think it won't be difficult to make some limitation in gambling. Just make it to be our habit for limiting the funds for gambling purposes.
