You are right in your hunch. This lesson was already learnt by me. I remember my position in Moodeng coin which was a total disaster. I have learnt that you have to always took out your initial investment while riding a hype and if you want to let it cook for a while. It just makes your life stress free and more easier.

Great realization since if you wait for more the same with other people then provably that lots of you will get burned especially if other people or the dev itself will take advantage on wrong expectation of people then dump first and what you got is a total price decline which usually can cause a money lose to those hopeful people.

We see this for so many times and the same what's happening now to Trump also for his wife meme coin which provably many people lose due to those dumps happening and for their greed to earn more money with it. Its always good choice for anyone to take their profit or capital first before continue to risk around so that no huge stress will came to them and they are still fine if their expectations of pump didn't happen.
