Just as the title says, what do you when the day is not good for you and whatever trade you pick goes against you ?
When I have a bad day, I consider taking a long vacation. A few weeks ago, I lost the money I had made trading for 7 days in just 1 day. I couldn't control myself and lost all my profits in the recovery plan and my head was not working. Then, as per my friend's plan, I took a vacation of about 7 days and tried to clear my mind which was completely beneficial for me. From there, I was able to get back on my feet and trade happily. I think a trader should make a monthly schedule where 1/4 of the time should be reserved for vacation. Mental health plays a big role in trading. If you are mentally confused, your chances of losing increase.

This is where it is important for us to understand that psychology in trading is an important factor in achieving maximum trading. When we cannot make a trading plan and are not disciplined with the plan we have made ourselves, that's where uncontrolled emotions arise. When we get profit we can't stop and when we experience loss we still want to continue our trading so that we experience a big loss.

That is the importance of psychology to be able to control our emotional management in trading because when there is no emotional management it will have an impact on making the wrong decisions, mental health and not being able to control the right time. Good trading when you can take advantage of the moment, and can control mental health to remain stable, when you have reached the target then stop trading and take a break first. Likewise when you experience a loss, stop for a moment and evaluate your strategy again.
