Time is a valuable asset for business development. There is a saying which says time is money and for sure it is.
Example owning a business like a restaurant there is a specific time customers come to eat either breakfast or lunch. If as a business person you could not meet up time in preparation of your food on time you will automatically loss the customers available to buy your products which you have lost the money for not preparing on time.

Utilizing time to make money is a very appropriate thing to say to many people because some of the people I have seen are those who have succeeded in utilizing their time as best they can in order to make money, not spending money to buy time in all aspects. So the saying you said is also very logical because for businessmen time is basic capital besides money so both must be maintained very well because if one of them is not there, of course it will create much more severe difficulties for ourselves.
