Well, wrong as usual. Both might be killers, But Putin did it for home and country, at least partly. Capone did it for financial greed.

Also, Putin was much better at it. His techniques were/are admirable, not when they were used for the wrong thing, of course. If Capone used Putin's techniques, he would have become way more powerful.

So there is a whole lot of difference between them, not just the language and location differences.

Capone's 'family' was small compared with the whole Russian nation... Putin's family. Putin has much better techniques. Admirable.

Capone certainly didn't have the same opportunities as Putin: an army with planes, tanks and other weapons in huge quantities. In all other respects, both of them are cynical killers who were supported, Capone has a family clan and friends, Putin has his friends and the Russian people.
