Other than the screenshot from the official discord channel posted by Potato Chips above, I tried to create a new account on betpandacasino using the email I had already registered with on betpanda and it said "The provided e-mail is already registered, try to log in.". There is no way they would know this if they weren’t connected.

Someone from the rep may need to clarify the situation so that everyone doesn't hesitate to use it - but the chances of phishing seem very low in your case. Of course it is true that phishing sites do not have data that has previously been registered on the original site - they certainly do not know that the same email has already been registered on the official site. But as I said before - there needs to be a representative to answer all doubts.
