Even if they will play at home, it won't bring a big impact because they can't play with their ideal lineup. Some players are forced to play not in their best position, ex: Tchouaméni  and Valverde. This will make the players probably to play under his performance and they can't optimize the contribution the the team.  Cry

There's nothing special about playing at home actually so Bernabeu could even offer a defeat if the don’t perform well but for some reasons maybe, it jas always been different against mancity.. perhaps this time will be different because of the week defence yet Mancity defence is kinda weak and it has been reflecting in most of their game since Dec 2024, so many lose  even to sole unexpected  team so the main reason why i will still choose to stay neutral. Things could be different though maybe the first leg will tell alot of it Smiley

Real Madrid has too many missing players. In my opinion, Manchester City is in an advantageous position for the first leg. These disadvantages of Real Madrid may cause them trouble. Manchester City and Pep Guardiola know Real Madrid well and I am sure they will act with a team lineup that suits Ancelotti. That is why I think Manchester City has the advantage.
I hope so maybe this is all he's been planning for Grin but i hope you know their current situation as well.. i will still choose to stay neutral on sides to win maybe after the firtleg . I  support a team already though but  it all "hope of winning "

Home games give the home team an advantage of course. I am sure that a quick check for the statistics would show that Real Madrid is stronger when they play in the Bernabeu stadium than when they play away from home, but this isn't surprising at all. You can see it when Dortmund plays. They are not a good team right now and yet they play very well when they play at home. But it's quite normal I think when tens of thousands of people are chanting for a team instead of playing against a strong opponent who gets all the support the whole game.

But of course there are limits to the effect that the support can have. The missing players could become a problem, but luckily for Real Madrid, Manchester City is far from being the dominant force that they used to be in the past. Chances are still good for them to advance to the next round.
