In the last 5 year both teams have been meet several times in this competition and the match between them always be tight and hard to predicted this because both teams considered as favourite champion and this is early meet for them because i expect Manchester City and Real Madrid will meet at round of 16 or if possible at the final match

Both teams can no longer meet in the final, this game is a two-legged knockout game, one team will advance to the next phase and the other will be eliminated. Looking at the performance of both teams in this competition, I don't see them getting far, for example, if Real Madrid advances to the next phase, they will face strong opponents who, if they play poorly, will lose. The same will happen with Manchester City if they advance to the next phase.
In the modern era like today, it is undeniable that finance is an important factor for the progress of a club, including what we see happening to PSG today after transforming into a rich team in ligue 1, but if we compare it with what is happening in several leagues today such as the English league, Bundesliga and also La Liga, we actually cannot deny that mentality also can even be more important than finances,  In the English league we can see that Bournemouth and Aston Villa can become title contenders even with limited finances,  same as Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, even the champion mentality that Barcelona has so far has still been a supporter for them as candidates to win La Liga even with poor financial conditions, so we can't say if the absolute superiority of PSG at this time is due to better finances than rival teams, Because I think with the squad owned by Marseille and Monaco at the moment they should be able to be title contenders, but unfortunately their mentality so far has been too bad and they are used to being a club that only have ambitions and targets for end season in big four.
