i have always known that any team that plays against an hungry Madrid will pay bitterly for it because on a good day that mbappe, vini jnr and rodrygo or jude Bellingham has a good day at the office, the result was certainly going to be a disaster. this was nothing short of a final if you ask me. regardless you cant ignore the fact that Manchester city plays really well, of recent, this is one of there best games and if this was against any other team that is not real Madrid, they would have had a lot of goals. winning away has placed real Madrid at a better position that even getting a draw at the Santiago Bernabéu will still qualify them to the next round.

if you have followed up Madrid games most especially at the champions league, one thing that has become a constant is that until the final blow of the whistle, don't write them off. they have that ability of coming from behind to winning you in less that five minutes. this is what they have perfected so well and can do it to any team.
