From my understanding, the bonus thing has already expired right? It's been already a couple of week, but I still cant withdraw. I have talked with LM as well, and unfortunately the issue is still there. Perhaps you guys can explain to me what the mistake I did and how to solve it? I had some problems too, I don't know if they are similar things or not, but the casino definitely has some problem with deposits and withdrawals...

I hope the issue will be solved, and somehow I am sure it will, you just need to be patient. Don't be me (by the time they solved my problem, I gambled away my entire balance) so stop playing until they solve it... and I would love to hear an explanation of what went wrong, of course, if the casino even gives you one.
