Does such thing still happens in europe's top flight league? I've not seen something like this in recent times except in cases of unfavourable weather conditions. I guess Adana Demirspor were trying to make a statement but they're going to be fined for it. Choosing to abandon the match midway is not the best way to handle such situation. If they feel the referee's decision to award Galatasaray a penalty was unfair, they would have laid an official complaint after the match and the FA would look into it and take the required action.
It is definitely not one of the top leagues in Europe.
The most talked about non-football referees or Var referees every week. Many teams claim that they were treated unfairly, but never want justice. A foreigner came, but that was not a solution either.
In the last incident, Adana Demirspor Team was 100% right, but if their score had been close to the relegation zone, they would never have withdrawn from the field. Now they will be defeated by default and perhaps other punishments will follow.
This only went down as a black mark in the history of Turkish Football.
Secondly, most of the football players are incredibly fake. When he comes to the penalty area, he throws himself to the ground to receive a penalty at the slightest contact or contact move. Mertens is the biggest example of this. He also threw himself and received a penalty. No one talked about Mertens' thieving attitude. If the same situation were to happen in the Premier League, the audience would react even if it was their own player, and that player would never make the same move again, but unfortunately it is not like that in Turkey. The one who does it always gets away with it. Turkish League is not in the top 10 of European leagues. The teams are not successful in Europe anyway. This is the biggest measure for me.
I agree with you in few points but still now I will blame Turkish FA for this because in last few years too many complaints about VAR and referees but still they fail to bring fairness or having any development in this case which is the problem.

Adana Demirspor leaving playing pitch is the worst thing done by them, but now this is surely going to be big question mark for Turkish FA how they will settle things if this issue is not going to be fixed with fair policy because with these things now they are ranked worst in Europe which is not good, and they have to be done on quick basis.

Turkish League is going to suffer badly due to this because this has been never done by on field players but political influence and too many issues are surely problem here in last few years things are completely going on wrong side while challenges are increasing.
