It's never too late to buy bitcoin because bitcoin is still growing and the price might reach $1m in future because the price of bitcoin increases overtime and more people are adopting it which will make the demand higher than the supply in future. The halving also gives bitcoin an opportunity to reach a new ATH based on history. Bitcoin is at $95k+ does not mean that it's very expensive and you are to have such amount to buy one whole bitcoin.
