I completely agree with the characteristics you mentioned about responsible people. They feel upset when they lose. Even if those gamblers win, they can control themselves and immediately stop gambling. And this is the self-control on which you should continue gambling so that entertainment, earnings or losses do not affect you negatively in the same way.

Gambling involves a lot of losses and just a little lucky profit and anyone that is going into it without making up their mind to suck up the losses, then the person is not meant to gamble, else they will just be frustrated and can destroy themselves on the process.
Responsible gambling is the ability of one to control their urge and spend just the amount they can afford to lose and also does not allow themselves to get carried away in gambling, while they should be using the time for something important.
