People trusted Bitcoin because it's the only true decentralized crypto, it consensus, and it's ability to connect people from different background despite their ethnic/religion believe.

Yeah... Bitcoin is really the father. In every environment there is always a boss or morover there is a difference between father and son. As of now Bitcoin is the father of all and any other Altcoin remains it's subject and may not be as Bitcoin.

I agree that Bitcoin is the founder of all cryptocurrencies because it laid the groundwork for them all. Regardless of how promising an altcoin is, it will never be as good as Bitcoin. Furthermore, they are merely an alternative if we judge them by their name, altcoin.
