I guess its true hackers can use higher ranking accounts... but good luck to them for getting such account. It takes way more effort than just filling a form and clicking a few buttons.

Oh, and btw, don't even get me started on the "newbie jail" nonsense. Like, newbies can't post images anyway, so it's not like restricting them is going to make a difference.
