In my own perspective, gambling is something we do for fun, so if you are doing it with the intention of making a fortune from it, you are trying to give yourself high blood pressure mostly when you are gambling with an amount you can't afford to lose, so their is no point having a strong heart before you gamble, all you just need to do is to try your luck and make it a fun thing, by gambling with an amount you can afford to lose, not the other way round.

If gambler gambles excessively to win or gambles to earn money, it is very natural for him to have high blood pressure. Gambling is never suggested for the purpose of earning money. But some gamblers lose control over themselves due to their greed. At some point, they also become addicted gamblers. If gambling is accepted as fun, then even if the gambler loses, he will never be depressed or upset if he loses the bet.
